In today's world its truth that Information Technology (I.T) has captured an unprecedented importance now a day is well reckoned not only in the nation but also the worldwide as one of the vital factors for budding and developing economy, good governance and smooth administration of justice. Automation has very essential and significant role as an enabler towards accelerating process, delivering a higher level of service to the litigant public, bench, bar and other stakeholders as it enables an easy access to information, increase precision and responsibility while lowering costs.
By the grace of Almighty ALLAH, We have succeeded to launch the website of District & Sessions Court Thatta, with this website we aim to gaining right to information, essential for ensuring human dignity and for promoting sustainable development, websites play an important role in disseminating information which is relevant and up-to-date.
Any suggestion, idea or proposal for the betterment of this system shall be highly appreciated.
Our History
The Judicial District Thatta is functioning since 1.9.1972, when the court of District & Sessions Judge Thatta was created. Prior to that, all the sessions cases of this district were being dealt with by the court of District & Sessions Judge Hyderabad and after creation of the court of District & Sessions Judge Thatta on 1.9.1972, the first incumbency, who held the charge of the same court, was Syed Ally Maddad Shah and he remained as the District & Sessions Judge here from 1.9.1972 to 15.4.1974. Thereafter, different incumbencies held the charge of this court.
