Jurisdiction
In partial modification of previous order communicated under this office endorsement No: E/22/- Jurisdiction/- 10851 of 2015 dated 23-06-2015 and in exercise of powers under sections 17 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and 15 of the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance, business of Criminal, Civil & Family cases including ancillary matters thereto etc under all the laws except Traffic Laws is assigned to the Civil Judges & Judicial Magistrates Police Station wise with immediate effect as follows:
